will supply a canoe and paddles for each team (teams are permitted
to use their own paddles, but you may be required to transport
them during the race)
Prohibited
Equipment
The
following equipment is prohibited from use prior to and during
the race:
1. Any GPS device
2.
Cell phones, Pagers, Pace meters, Walkie Talkies, Radios or
any electronic device
3. Any mode of transportation not authorized by the race event
organizers
4.
Any maps other then those provided by the race event organizers
Note:
This list is not an exhaustive list and ARC reserves the right
to disallow the use of any item or equipment that might prove
an unfair advantage to any team and/or disqualify any teams
that use illegal equipment during the race
